We are investigating a breach of consumer information at NCB Management Services, Inc. (“NCB”). NCB is a “provider of Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) and Call Center Management (CCM) solutions, as well as a respected national debt buyer” according to their website.
Impacted information apparently came from closed Bank of America credit card accounts; the notice letter states Bank of America’s systems were not impacted by the data breach. The breached information includes “first and last name, address, phone number, email address, date of birth, employment position, pay amount, driver’s license number, Social Security number, account number, credit card number, routing number, account balance, and/or account status.”
