Barnow and Associates, P.C. is investigating BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy relating to the potential theft of customer information. Information involved in the breach may include: names, dates of birth, addresses, medical record numbers, current/former health plan member ID numbers, claims information, diagnoses, and/or prescription information. For certain patients, Social Security numbers may have also involved.
