Ben Barnow
Ben Barnow is nationally recognized for his experience in leading some of the nation’s largest consumer class actions. He has successfully led the prosecution of a number of large-scale class actions relating to consumer protection issues, consumer data security breaches, and antitrust violations. His representation is both on the trial court and appellate level.

Mr. Barnow received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin.

Anthony L. Parkhill
Anthony L. Parkhill is an associate at Barnow and Associates, P.C. His practice focuses on complex class action matters, with an emphasis on consumer protection, false advertising, and data security breach litigation.
Mr. Parkhill received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 2014, where his studies included privacy, consumer protection, and competition law. Prior to joining the firm, his areas of practice included commercial litigation, defense of tort claims against municipalities and utilities, and administrative review litigation. Mr. Parkhill received his Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from DePaul University in 2010.

Riley W. Prince
Riley W. Prince is an associate at Barnow and Associates, P.C. He joined Barnow and Associates, P.C. as a clerk with the firm while attending law school and became an associate after graduation. His practice focuses on complex consumer class actions.
Mr. Prince received his J.D. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2021, with a certificate in Labor and Employment Law. He received his Bachelor’s Degrees in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Michigan in 2017.
