We are investigating a breach of patient data impacting Proliance Surgeons. Proliance Surgeons recently announced that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired.
Proliance Surgeons determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed and acquired this sensitive and protected health information on or around February 11, 2023. Information potentially included in the breach includes: name, Social Security number, date of birth, driver’s license number, contact information, financial account number, medical treatment information, and health insurance information.
