Barnow and Associates, P.C., is investigating the reported theft of certain Ralphs’ customers’ personal information. On February 19, 2021, Ralphs’ parent company announced that the personal information of certain pharmacy and clinical customers was stolen via the hack of a third-party vendor’s file transfer application. The information involved in the incident may have included names, email addresses, home phone numbers, addresses, dates of birth, and Social Security numbers, as well as information on health insurance, prescriptions, and medical history.
