We are investigating a breach of customer information impacting United Seating and Mobility, LLC d/b/a Numotion. Numotion is a medical device and mobility aid product provider. Information potentially included in the breach includes: names, dates of birth, equipment order details, supporting medical documentation, medical insurance information, and for a smaller subset of individuals, the information may have also included driver’s license numbers or Social Security numbers.
