On November 11, 2025, cybercriminals announced a data theft from Doctor Alliance on a cybercrime forum. The ransomware group Kazu claimed to have exfiltrated data around November 6, 2025, and is demanding a $200,000 ransom by November 21, 2025, threatening to release or sell the dataset.

The breach involved the theft of over 1.2 million sensitive records, including medical and personal information.
